Rates $65 per 45-50 minute session.

Insurance Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance company. I am an in-network provider for the following insurance plans:

• Amerihealth HMO/POS/PPO
• Horizon BC/BS of NJ
• Keystone
• Megellan Health Services

In addition, I am happy to assist in submitting claim forms if you would like to utilize your out of network benefits.  I also work with clients who choose to pay for services out of their own pockets. My standard rate applies.

Payment Cash and check are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, or you have not notified us to cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee.
